Character Qualities

WayForward expects that ALL staff will draw closer to God through serving the body of Christ. Staff members are expected to be selfless, humble, and hard-working. Staff are expected to work together as a team to make each WayForward trip a success. Success at WayForward is achieved when all roles are doing their part to serve our clients to the best of their abilities and in accordance with WayForward standards. We believe that in our work, no one role is more important than another and that at any point, we may have to step out of our defined role to do something that needs to get done. No task is too small for any staff member! We expect that all staff, at all levels, will work hard, serve one another, and have fun together. We believe that after a trip, or an entire season of trips, the satisfaction of looking back on our hard, selfless work, will tell a story of how WayForward Adventures positively impacted the lives of not only our clients but our staff as well.
