Here are some guidelines:

  • Choose a topic that has to do with an aspect of wilderness ministry. Read this post, 5 Outcomes that Consistently Happen on Wilderness Trips, for some insight into an angle you could take. Posts that include practical tools for facilitation such as trail talks, outdoor Bible studies, marketing, and discipleship are valuable. Browse through the categories and older posts for ideas and direction. Your own ideas are welcome! If you have any questions, contact me.
  • Keeps posts between 300-500 words. Please also break your post into sections with headings for each section.
  • List some reflection questions at the end of your post that are related to your topic.
  • Your time and contribution is much appreciated. Guest posts include an author bio where you can link to your organization. Please, however, don’t use the post as an advertisement for your ministry. Your perspective, stories and experience from facilitating outdoor ministry are what we hope to have in your post.
