Job Title and Description
Title: Assistant Director: Spiritual Development and Admissions
Description:
Assist the Director in overseeing the program, focusing especially on the spiritual development of the 30+ students, involving teaching spiritual formation and theology classes and mentoring. Supervise admissions of students into the program by processing applications, interviewing, and checking references. Guide weekly outdoor adventures including rock climbing, backpacking, canoeing, snowshoeing, backcountry skiing, and spelunking.

We are looking for someone with a passionate faith in Jesus who desires to shepherd and mentor young adults growing in their love for God. The following qualities are vital for success in this position: strong work ethic, initiative, team player, high energy, physical fitness, love for the outdoors.
Required Experience
Experience with teaching the bible, theology, and spiritual formation. Preferably a Master’s degree in Theology or Divinity.
