Our mission is to be a guiding light that directs others to a path of total surrender to Jesus by serving and witnessing in such a dark place.
As the assistant chef, you would have the following responsibilities as you grow into your role:
• Food preparation
• Supply orders
• Clean/Prep food stations
• Prep dining area
• Meal service
• Training & supervision of short term staff for meal services
In this role, you will be trained under our head chef to develop your skills while learning about our unique style. Preparing and serving a variety of select menus for our guests ranging from kids to seniors will be a challenging but rewarding experience.

College Degree Req’d: Yes
Required Experience:
For this position, we are looking for someone with the following areas of experience:
• Previous experience working in an industrial kitchen.
• Certifications for food handling and food preparation.
• Experience leading or supervising a team inside the kitchen or dining areas.
• Experience working with a diverse team or cross-cultural living and/or work
Character Qualities:
