Title: Basecamp Coordinator
Description:
The Basecamp Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all operations that occur at the WayForward Basecamp. This includes, but is not limited to, Basecamp food, trail food, hospitality, merchandise, groundskeeping, and day-to-day schedules. This role creates the environment for trips to arrive and feel welcomed and to come off the trail with a sense of celebration and reflection. The Basecamp Coordinator will coordinate all staff and is expected to create an environment at Basecamp conducive to staff maturity and growth.

Required Experience
The Basecamp Coordinator is expected to be, above all else, a servant leader. He/She will lead a basecamp team of 12-15 members and will report directly to the Operations Manager. The individual must be well organized, detail-oriented, and have experience with leading teams. A selfless focus on serving clients and staff must always remain at the forefront of their minds. Although previous leadership experience is preferred, it is not required as long as the individual is hard-working, selfless, and coachable.
